
Since 2023 our partnership with Apollo has been a hub for innovation, collaboration and forward-thinking. As a business, we share VodafoneThree’s commitment to pushing boundaries and service to the next level and this is brought to life at Apollo.
With an average occupancy of 400 and almost 100% using the restaurant facilities on a daily basis, this unique free issue contract has been operating within the heart of London ever since we supported Apollo through their move into state-of-the-art new offices. We cover an extensive range of service points from breakfast and lunch to a fully stocked coffee bar, hospitality and fine dining as well as free issue tea points, bespoke location events, pop-ups and full company and client masterclasses.
The team here have led the way when it comes to sustainability, implementing a range of interventions to minimise the environmental impact of our operations, from waste monitoring and reporting to hosting educational nose to tail cookery masterclasses. One of the biggest impacts came from making the transition from family style to pre-plated service, achieving an incredible 47% reduction in food waste and successfully maintaining a competitive and on budget cost per head 7.1% lower than previously.
We have also introduced innovations such as the UK’s first ever Soda Stream bar, eliminating the need for single-use canned drinks while offering healthy, sugar-free alternatives to regular sodas. Our bespoke customer app has also been successfully adopted across our customer base, resulting in an increase in use of 45% over the first 12 months.
Similar to Three’s annual summer party, our events here are in a league of their own. With stunning displays, bespoke menus and the creativity of our teams let loose we create truly unforgettable experiences, everything from Drag Bingo and the Great Apollo Bake Off to their annual Apolloween celebrations. Even our soft serve ice cream pop-ups get the red-carpet treatment, using velvet barrier ropes and a mouthwatering toppings table of sauces and sprinkles to really go that extra mile.
